Working on behalf of Ramsay McMichael, iBEX have undertaken a number of high rise building surveys, producing detailed reports with defect photographs and annotated elevation drawings. The surveys specifically focused on:

• Delamination’s
• Spalling concrete
• Exposed re-bar, assessing the severity of corrosion
• Crack monitoring
• Evidence of water ingress & egress
• Movement of cladding panels
• ntegrity of previous repairs
